All the buyers and registered members have to inform Medlive Matrix, at least of two working days(48 hours) former to the functionary date of a Live Course session/ online webinar, if they wished to cancel or withdraw their attendance to a live Webinar. The cancellation will be granted by issuing a credit towards a future event, valid up to a minimum of one time from the date of allocation. Please note that the Medlive Matrix, will not be responsible for any claim if the party could not be suitable to withdraw his/ her registration to the particular webinar or could not attend live webinar sessions due to necessary causes, within the designated time.
Alternatively, the buyer can apply for the compensation in the following ways( a) The party can submit a written request to attend any forthcoming webinar/ session which will be having original marker with the missed one. “ OR ”( b) The party can apply for access of recordings of the missed webinar, once it's finished.( The recording is out there posterior day and is to be entered for 30 days after the webinar has concluded.)
Note www.medlivematrix.com won't be responsible for any penalties or other expenditure incurred to the cancellation.www.medlivematrix.com reserves the proper to cancel or register any live webinar/ Online training due to insufficient registrations, Educator Illness, or force- majeure events.
In analogous circumstances, the attendees are going to be notified 24 hours before the listed launch time of the webinar/ event. The buyers can apply for the compensation in the following ways:
